We offer a great setting and catering expertise for wedding engagement parties, Buddhist ceremonies, social gatherings and seminars ranging from 100 to 1,000 persons.

Note:

For food stall arrangements, coffee breaks and snack boxes a minimum of 100 persons is required.
For wedding and engagement parties, the hotel provides complimentary flower arrangement with the design and concept chosen by the host.
A transportation charge shall be levied dependent on distance of location.

Terms of payment : Cash upon departure

a)	A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to be paid one month in advance before the group’s arrival date.
b)	If payment is by credit card, a charge of 2.5 % shalll be imposed.
c)	The remaining balance will be paid upon presentation of the bill before departure.
d)	The organizer will bear full responsibility for all payments due to the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok as stipulated in the bills.
